The Dream ...

I have a dream , that one day robots will have dreams . Robots , we don't make them to substitute human effort , we don't make them to compete with humans , we don't make them to be compared to human race .
We make them to help our race , to act like a pet and be loved under human emotions . We make them to complete our world where evil human emotions and thoughts should be controlled for the world to be a better place to live in .

Deus Ex Machina

Literal meaning is "god from the machine" . DEUS EX MACHINA is any active agent who appears unexpectedly to solve an apparently insoluble problem .

THE IDEA

The idea originated of mixing arts together rather than working on one of them for the WRO 2009 (World Robot Olympiad) to be held in South Korea . Thus after a lot of arguments the idea of converting music into art came up and thus the team's programmer designed the robot's hardware in Maya .

Then the Prototype was made in a span of 2 weeks using Mindstorm Invention Kit and was programmed in NXC (Not Exactly C) by the team . We will soon announce the success of the prototype . The robot is propossed to be made out of alumunium and wood and will be controlled by NXT running in C as per the WRO 2009 rules .

The Team

The team consists of four 14 year olds from Indus International School , Bangalore

3. Yash
4. Nikhil

Satyam is the Chief Programmer of the team and is the mind behind all the complex algorithm followed by our robots .

Yash is actively involved in all of the work in the team and is basicly Hardware Designer who has designed an amazingly strong base for the arm locomotion .

Nikhil is the Music Consultant for the team and has successfully designed a special musical intrument along with Yash which works sensetively on the finger movements of the musician .

' Mr. Rakesh Pandey ' is the Coach of the team and is involved in making our ideas feasiable .
